Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Gujarat Property Law

Thanks for response to my earlier question. I agree that following documents will prove my ownership

i.e. no requirement of possession letter

1) Allotment Letter from cooperative housing society

2) Share Certificate from cooperative housing society

3) Complete Payment receipts from developers

4) My name is endorsed in Nagarpalika against said property

5) My name is endorsed in electricity bill

However non availability of possession letter will create any trouble for me in future because right now builder is not traceable?

In the absence of builder what is the alternative can I request society to issue me Possession letter?

Concern is that what are the legal problems anyone can face due to unavailability of Possession letter and if builder is not traceable then what is alternative?

Re: Gujarat Property Law

If the builder is not traceable, I might not have given possession letters to several flat purchasers. All can file a suit and obtain necessary orders.
