i need legal advice plz help me out...
my issue is
i have take a plot at rs 8lac from gayathri.she has made me a sale deed in my name infront of sub registrar
now the plot is in my name i h've transferred all required documents like khatta,form3 survey sketch etc
in my name.
before registration she told dat she has lost the orignial sale deed... after dat to we h've made registration in our name
after registration she said dat she has loan on dat plot ie housing loan from LIC but in plot der is no building constructed
gayatri has cheated them by saying for constrution of new house...
but they h've use dat money for personal use wch ws given by LICHF
after listenng dis we h've consulted legal advice they told us to take DEED OF UNDERTAKING abt she wil redeem all loan amt n provide docmts
gayatri has signed dis deed of undertaking in 250rs bond paper
gayatri took loan of 10lac nw 8lac is pending
they h've cheated LIc by showing diff building pic n plot document of gayatri but der is no builiding constructed in plot.
my question is
1.if gayathri doesnt pays loan amt then wat we have to do??
2.if after clearing loan amt in LICHF the ownership belong to us or else LIc or sme oneelse???
3.after clearing loan amt in lichf if she didnt give us original sale deed den wat we have to do???

EYou can lodge complaint against her and u also can file civil suit and after clearing of the loan amount u can file civil suit for declaration if u r registerfowner
