Sir iam legally permision grand after i made a house in my place , Previous old house broken same place made it one new house Unfortunalety Iam not inform in panchayat for completion house no renew the permit mBecause iam in out side of india ,My uncle is dead My mrs don.t no this process Now panchayat no give building no What can i do sir Iam somany time contact panchayat secretary but not issue building no Please help and give your valuable suggetion
