hallo sir
is there any way for making an unregistered mortagaged deed which was written in 2005 into a valid deed to sue into a court. The property documents are with me. can i get the mortaged property

Mortgage by deposit of original title deed may not require any registered Deed of Mortgage.
Consult your lawyer to find out whether this proposition of law is applicable in your case.
