Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

hallo,

i am alpa ( 33 year , female)

my father is self made person.and we are three daughters and three son.

1) two eldest brother are from step mother both r married and hv kids

from my mother we are as follows.

1)i am divorcee and elder sis one is married and second is unmarried she is P.S.I

2) youngest brother died last year.

now..my step brothers are very dominant and harrasing my parents and me from long time.

papa owns two houses , one factory, one shop, and land from which land and factory are on step brother's name.

what is the solution fro property..? can i hv right to make property on my name ? or they will oppose if papa made something on my name..?

help me.

it is your father who can take a step against his sons and you do not have a locus standi to initiate any legal action against your brothers/step brothers. if your father is willing to bequeath his self acquired property in your name, he may do so without any legal hurdles.

Take a over all view of situation and decide.

Generally, in case of self acquired properties, sons or daughters have not share by birth and such properties can be disposed of in any manner deemed fit by owner.
