Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Haryana Government gifted a piece of land to my father who is an ex-serviceman. Now the same government has acquired the same land. Can government do that legally. Is there any order or way to stop them from acquiring a gifted property by themselves.

Yews you can challenge the govt. for acquiring your land by filing a writ petition before the High Court.

You need to first see and understand the terms of gift as also purpose of acquisition and then decide further line of action.

First, review documents of government in relation to said gift, if there would not have any provision of further acquisition....... you may challenge it in the court of law.
