Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

i hav a freehold floor in delhi ...only the roof work is done...plaster ..flooring etc yet to b done.its a freehold floor,,,,we hav a sale deed registred in our name stating my share33% and the other partner share 67%..he is trying to sell his share and construct the floor without my consent...i m planning to send him a notice stating that that its joint prop...he cannot construct and sell the floor..b coz its a joint prop...pls suggest me .wat should b my first step..

Go to the property and stop the work if, still work labour is there,

Make a Complain.

File Civil Suit.

U may file a suit for permanent and mandatory injunction but before that the lawyer has to go through the documents including your sale deed.
