Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Hello,
Can any partner sign in legal documents (Registered / Un Registered) like :- Agreement for Sale / Sale Deed / Declaration / Confermetion Deed etc...... as per partnership act? It's necessary to make a Power of Attrorney for that? Any third party sign in above documents the Power of Attorney is compulsory?

By default, partners are agents of each other.
Unless partnership deed otherwise provide, day-to-day business affairs can be performed by any one of the partners.
