Hello,

I got your email id from bangalore advocates.

Can you please provide me a information on one of my property issues.

Issue :

My grandfather had property of 900 Square feet. And he and my grandmother is no more

My grandfather was blessed with 1 son and 4 daughters.

All 5 went for partition with court.

But after 5-6 years, by mutual understanding they took back court case and they sold 600 sqt feet to somebody which all the amount was shared by 4 daughters

My dad is only son and they agreed to give jesta bagha 300 square feet.

Everything got registered in sub-register . But there was an error made by lawyer with the measurement . For example : 10 + 30 instead of 10*30.

So there should be rectification deed right but all the 4 daughters are refusing to sign the deed or through SPA.

Is there any way of getting measurement rectified in papers legally.

Please advise.
