Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Hello,
I am a member of a Maharashtra CHS. It is a 10 member society. Initially 1 member bought the flat as residential in 2006 and later converted into commercial.
He is now storing medicines and drugs in the flat and has converted one of his rooms a cold storage.
my questions are:
1) Is it legal to store such flammable medicines in a a completely residential society even if he has converted his flat into commercial. ?
2)If not what are the legal action can the society take against him ?
Thanks alot,
Amay
