Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Hello,I am the only son to my father and was distanced from him for many years due to a familyI issue and quarrels between mother and father. I met my father only a few days before he expired . He left behind a property and there is a lady who now claims to be my father wife and says she has a will in her favor. So I filed a case and challenging the will. Now she has let out the property to a tenant and entered into an agreement with the tenant that the property belongs to her since she is holding a will of my father and that she is the wife of my Father. The tenant has beleived and entered into an agreement and paying rent to her. Now there is a case on that property which I have filed since the lady is claiming that it is her property due to the will. My question is how can I prevent the tenant that she let into the property from paying her the rent and making the tenant deposit rent in the court till the dispute between me and that lady over the property is over
