Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Hellow Sir,
I have agriculture land. My question is
(1) I decided to sale my agriculture land so i give my power any non-agriculture person who has not a farmer?
(2) It is compulsory farmer give his power only the other farmer? (Farmer appoint his PoA only other farmer?)

No it is nor required that PoA should be of the same class with that of you.
The power of attorney should be major only.
