Hellow Sir,

I purchase a flat in Ahmedabad (Gujarat). And registered a Conveyance Deed in sub-registrar office.

Note :- Bulider / Developer complate a all conveyance deed of the scheme.

My Question :-

(1) After Conveyance Deed any right of Builder / Developer in Scheme?

(2) Builder / Developer write this deed that " in hollow plinth, open space, common space, open land, tarreace, margine land" in this space right only Builder / Developer it is possible or it is do Builder / Developer?

(3) In feture the local Authority will be given a permmission for construction the Builder / Developer construction on the tarreace?

(4) The Builder / Developer sell this space, land ?
