Hellow Sir,

the property is joint name of husbund and wife, and wife is dead,

my question is son and daughter right this property?

Note : - Property in Housing society ltd.

Dear Sir,

With respect to jointly purchased property transaction, your wife consent in needed thro' her will, or otherwise naturally son, daughter will be having their shares in the said property.
