Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Hi !

Please help.

After receiving entire money for a sale of a flat in Navi Mumbai , Seller refuses to handover original documents which was mortgaged to his bank . What action can we take ? The possesion of the flat is with us. Please suggest asap.

If mortgage was duly released and only documents remained to be delivered, file appropriate civil suit.
