Heritage Home Law

If you are residing into a house from childhood(around 30 years) and you are one of the owner of the house.Now if 50 years back one of the freedom fighter say Mahatma Gandhi has visited your house.

Will this house be called a heritage home and can be taken by central goverment?

note: Owner is still staying in this house.

This query can be answered if you shed more light on the facts like central govt has issued so and so notification under so and so rule/Act, etc.

As a general rule, central govt can acquire any land for "public purpose" under land Acquisition Act and will compensate the other party.
