hey..my husband is a builder in aligarh u.p..i just want to ask 1 question..A.D.A does not approved our project map past 3 months... we already submit all d amount to A.D.A ATHOURITY...is der any rule from d high court dat after 3 months project map approved by own......i mean now wat will we have to do against A.D.A...

the is no such possibility, however if you file writ in the high court, it might possible that th ADA may reject your plan by quoting some legal flaws, so appraoch the superior officers
