Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Hi,
1.I bought a Flat on joint name with my wife in 2006 where my wife was the co applicant.The flat is registered on our names,she being the primary applicant and I am the secondary applicant.
2.Loan was taken from a bank for 20 years for which the EMIs are deducted from my account every month.
3.We are getting divorced legally where she agrees that she will not claim any right on the property after the divorce.
4.Question:In future if I have to sell the property,would she be required or her consent be required to sell the property.

Get appropriate orders in the divorce order and have a registered document like Release or like from your wife.
