Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
hi,
could you please provide me the legal information about making a nominee for my fixed assets property ( land & Home ). i am a married person since 1 year. my question is that, can i make my property nominee as my mother/ brother, if yes then how much part of my property i can make them as nominee and if i make nomination for 100% of my property to my mother/brother rather than my wife, is there any law to oppose this.

you can nominate anyone but if you do not leave a will, nominee would just be considered a trustee.
