Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
but as none of the hiers or my grandfather have paid the loan or maintenece of the flat , he had only purchased it , none of them have stayed or paid the loan , there are letters sent by my grandfather to my father to get he property transfered in his name & also the ration card, electricity bill , telephone connection is in the name of my father . so what is solution to get it transfered
