Highly Urgent !!! Plz ---w.r.t to my previous Q- in continuation with that to be more specified the Deed of Cancellation was notorized on 14.08.2008 but not registered , so if the builder is selling me the same house then bank people are asking me to get the Registerd Deed of Cancellation for loan purpose.""becoz First the Deed should be registered then only we can give u loan"" as per bank
so my actual Q-is can the Deed of Cancellation can be Registered today i.e after 2.1years as the Deed is just Notarized not Registered is this be legal.as builder has the power of attorney by whom the deed was cancelled . so they are telling in this month The Deed will be Registered and then the Registerd Deed of Cancellation will be submitted in the bank for loan so is this be Legal

if the builder has the power of attorney he may cancel, execute and register the cancellation deed.
you may have to seek the court's intervention for the registration of cancellation deed.
