Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Hi,
I have booked an apartment which was Owners share, but has been transferred to the builder through a Deed of Assignment. Also the builder has a General Power of Attorney (GPoA) to sell the flats. I wanted to know if the builder has the complete rights to sell these apartments and the Owner need not be involved.
Are these documents good enough for this transfer of ownership or do I need to check any other document
