Hi,
I have booked a flat at 3rd floor, in a under contruction project named Blue Tulip under developement by Atul Buliders at Kandivali (W), Link Road, in the month of September'09.
I have already got an allotment letter from the bulider.
Work till plinth is already completed, I now want to do the stamp duty and registration of the property as I want to take housing loan for this property, I already have a sanction letter from HDFC.
Bulider is saying he has applied for CC from BMC till 3-4 floors, once he gets the CC then only he can proceed with the Stamp duty and registration formalities.
Is is mandatory to have CC till the floor on which I have booked the flat to do the stamp duty and registration process?
