Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Hi

I have bought a property in Mumbai but it does not have the OC and the Plan Copy (Blue print). My banker is saying without Plan Copy I will not get a loan.

Now from which govt department can I get the Plan Copy? How difficult is it?
