Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
hi,
I would like to know if while buying a house the builder has put a clause that the buyer has to be vegetarian. Can this be legally enforced? Is there a legal definition of vegetarian? If the agreement states that the buyer has to be vegetarian, if not then the agreement is treated as null and void. What is the legal recourse?

One need to see and understand entire agreement to comment.
However, generally speaking such a clause may not be enforceable.

such clause can be held valid in case it hurts religious sentiments of other members of society.
