Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Hi,

I am from a Hindu Family living in delhi. My grandfather has 4 sons and i am the son of his eldest son.

My grandfather wants us (me and my mother & father i.e., his eldest son) to throw out of the home (located in delhi).

He is not sharing any will with us or not giving any partition in the house or any amount from the property to us.

There is some ancesterol property also in Haryana and in delhi my grandfather is the owner of the house.

My quesitons are:-

1. Do we (either me or my father) have any right on this home in delhi?

2. Do we (either me or my father) have any right on the property in haryana (inheritted from my grand grand father or grand grand mother)?

3. My grandfather is ready to throw us out of the house (in delhi), can we permanently avoid it by having a stay or by any other means?

4. What should we do if my grandfather gets physical on throwing us out of the house?

5. What is our (my and my father's) right over the properties and what share we can get in every kind of property and how?

Please let me know if any other information is also required and your answer is extremely precious for me.

Thanks in advance.

in case the property is ancestral your father has a right, otherwise grandfather may do what he wants.
