married. But my parents my father and mother they are depend on me. All there medical
expenditure and other things i am taking care. I am sending monthy some money to them
for there livelihood . My father is having home which he made by his savings. Now he is
staying there. He don't have any source of income and totally depend on me. My all three

Now can you tell me if my father want to give this property to me. Is it possible.Or else

Upon a Hindu male's death, the right of succession first devolves upon the Class 1 heirs, if any. The wife, mother and children (son or daughter, the law makes no distinction) take equal shares. Where one or more of such sons or daughters is no more, then, the Class 1 heirs in that branch will all jointly stand in the place left behind by such deceased son or daughter.
If the property is self earned property of your father he can make a gift to you or he can make a registered will granting you the whole of property
Your father may be entitled in law to execute a WILL of his self-acquired property in your favour excluding your sisters from inheritance. The WILL should be executed free from any undue influence from you and he should be in a sound disposing mind at the relevant which should better be certified by a doctor.
your father can execute registered deed of to you of that property
