Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Hi,
i am married male, recently my father in law expired. now my mother in law wants to give all the property to my brother in law for which they are asking for my signatures also on the NOC. Is it necessary for me to sign on the NOC or the signature of her daughter is enough???? kindly advise....
