Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Hi,

I as a co owner of a joint property gifted my share of property to my son. The other co owners of the property are my brothers. We had a verbal agreement regarding which part of the property belongs to which brother. But now my brother wants the part for which I have executed the gift deed in the name of my son and has sent me a notice that he intends to lodge a case under section 176 and 229B of the UP zamidara act. Could you please let me know what these sections imply in this case. As I executed 2 gift deeds, one of them has been mutated into my son's name but the mutation of the other is still pending. Can my brother stop the mutation legally. If so, what should I do?
