Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Hi,
I am planning to buy a flat under resale. The flat is not yet registered. The seller has paid the full amount to the builder by cash (no loans). He is having the Agreement for sell, the construction agreement and the handover letter.
The tri-party agreement on transferring the property to my name will be done in next couple of days.
Can you please let me know what are the other formalities involved. Also what kind of legal verification should be done from my side.
Regards
hari
