Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Hi

I got one power of attorney of agriculture land, which is in Chirsi village faridabad in my name. This attorney was not registered. I on behalf of this attorney issued another power of attorney to someone. this second attorney was registered in Delhi. My question is can this second person sell the property? Second question can the persons who issed first GPA sell the property without revoking / cancellation of the GPA?

Everything depends upon GPA conditions. Mail ur GPA conditions and then i can suggest you the right way.
