Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

i had a query about my paternal grandfather property. My mother is born on 5 sep 1995. My mother is married in the year of 1977. My grandfather died in 2009 and he has not made any will. My mother is having 3 brothers and 3 sister. One sister is deceased recently.

Now my query is whether my mom has any right in the property. What would be legal proceedings for it?

As informed you earlier ,your mother has 1/7th or 1/8th share in your grand fathers property.
