hi,

i have a sra project offer in mumbai. he has developed 3 floors for commerical purpose. rest give to tennets .my question is that can buy the place for medical diagnostic centre ,as there is singlr passage but 2 lifts one for new people and other for tenets. secondly after buying from builder , i need 2 have permission 2 run centre from the old society(tenets)
