Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Hi,

I staying in Shivajinagar, Pune on rent. I have the legal registered rent agreement (Registered with: The Registrar, Haveli-1, Pune) with the owner of the flat. As per the agreement I have to pay Rs. 10000.00 to the owner as a rent of the flat. If I want to vacate the flat then I have to give a notice period of 2 months to the owner.

Now I want to vacate the flat. But the owner is not accepting the notice. Also he is not giving the rent receipt for the same. Can anyone please advice me what actions could be taken against the owner?

Waiting for the positive reply.

Send notice by the mode provided in the agreement and also by Speed Post A.D. After expiry of period, vacate the premises against necessary writing from owner and refund of deposit, if any.
