This question is a repeat question of yours in a bit of improved facts. Since the property is in your mother's name (papers are in her name) she is the absolute owner and no one has any right in it. She may dispose off her property as she desires. She may write her will in favour of any one or all of you. It will be her choice. No one, be it may son, sons or only daughter, can claim share as a matter of right.
