Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Hi,

I name is Vivek. My father had purchased a house from his father ie my grand father for 80k with all the others brothers ie my uncles agreeing to it and the sale deal has everyones signs all uncles and aunties agreeing for the sale.this happened in 1984.And the property was transferred in the taluka office but done in the village panchayat due to my uncle influemces. After my dads death and my grand fathers dead the panchyat transfer to the propety to all the siblings for my grandfather but at the taluka level it remains in my fathers name. In spite of my regular attempts the panchyat is not ready to change due to influence I try all the way setting influence from taluka or district but it doesnt work.As my uncle are staying in the house now and i want them to leave the house as they keep showing me the village records. How should i go about it?Please guide me on it.
