Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Hi,
My father passed away two years ago he was legally married to my mom and were not divorced. We are four Brother & sisters.He has no will,my mom is 1st wife but he had one women in his life mistress whom he never married has one girl we came to know.Now she the girl after my fathers death is claiming for all property & pension. What shud be the the legal right of the second lady she was not married to my father. What are our rights?

the other girl, born out of the mistress is also entitled to a share in the property left by your father but the mistress is not entitled for any share. better settle the matter with your step sister and divide the property. for the mistake of your father and mistress, the daughter should not suffer.
