Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Hi,

My friends grandfather has five children, 4 boys and a girl.

His grandfather has some farms to his name.

My question is, can his grandfather name his property to only one of his boy's name without others agreement.

Can my friend, as a grandson, lodge a complaint against this?

Please reply ASAP.

in case the property is self acquired by grandfather, he may bequeath it to anyone and if it is ancestral property, every child has an equal right.

Depending on nature of property, your friend may take necessary civil action.

In case, name of one of the sons was added by indulging into criminal acts, then a complaint may be made.
