Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Hi,

My late grandfather had prepared a will which is biased to my uncle, and could be very much fraud/manipulated.

By-passing the will, the names of the 4 siblings was entered in the 7/12 document of the property, but then this was reverted by my uncle and he has processed this will which favors him as the sole owner. This was done more than 3 months ago.

This request was processed and he is now marked as the sole owner in 7/12 document of the property, since then.

Do the other siblings have any chance to challenge this (will) processing now Or can they appeal against the will.

Is there any time limit on doing this.

Thanks in advance! You response is very much appreciated.

if you are confident about fraud in the will, you may challenge the entry in 7/12 on the basis of will not being in accordance with the law and the authorities could not make entries without probate of the will.
