Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
We are a Hindu Family. My mother is 65 year old widow blessed with five daughters and one son. She inherited few acres of agricultural land from her husband which is not ancestral but self acquired property. Now she wish to make a gift deed to my name (son). Now does she need consent of her daughters to go ahead and execute a gift deed in favor of her son ? Please reply at the earliest.

If it is self acquired then your mother can execute a gift deed in your favour.
