(1)HOW A KARTA OF HUF DECIDED? (2)Is father is the natural karta of his family which includes self/wife/daughters/sons?.(3)The sons starts earning independtly but being ,NOTmarried ,continued 2 live with father''s family... is this still a HUF?(4)If a property is purchased by father, from his own resources ,but in the name of daughter or son---- will that b also a huf property or will b the sole property of the son/daughter in whose name the same was purchased ,but by father & by father's funds.? Please reply all queries.

Unless mutually decided by the family members, father is Karta of HUF.
The sons remain members of HUF till the HUF assets are partitioned.
The property will belong to the person in whose name it is purchased, unless a declaration to the contrary is obtained.

once it is an HUF, all the earnings of members of HUF is put in the common pool for the enjoyment of everyone. the property purchased by your father in the name of son or daughter is a part of HUF.
