hindu succession amendment act 39 0f 2006
a partition deed registered in year 2001 between father and his only son did not give any property to 3 daughters.the last daughter among 3 was married after 25-03-1989.the family belongs to tamilnadu. is the partition deed ok or defective as per state and central amendments?
