Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Hi,
There is a leasehold property in my grandfather's name. Apparently the property was acquired in an auction done by the municipal corporation, and the period of lease is 90 years.
Now, my father and my uncles want to dispose of the property. I would like to know if the grandson has any right in the lease-hold property acquired by the grandfather? Someone told me that the grandson has a right only if the property has been bought/registered, and not on lease-hold property.
Could you help? Thanks,

Is your Grand Father alive ? If not then your father and uncles becomes the owner and you have no right in the property.

If it is a self acquired property, then nobody may have any right.
