Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Hi,
We have an agricultural land near Mumbai. The land however has come to us as a gift and is titled as Inaam Zameen which means gifted land.
We were keen to sell the same however haven't been able to do so. Please suggest a way out of this problem. The land is lying idle for many years now and we are working class people and won't be able to take up agriculture over there.

There are people who purchase inam lands.
Get full details of nature of inam as also documents pertaining to grant of inam, consult your lawyer for the nature of restrictions involved in the inam and then proceed further for locating suitable buyer.
