Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Hi,
We intend to buy a house property in Pune (India). The property tilte was under the person residing in Dubai (UAE) who has deceased and by sharia law the legal heirs (Wife, Minor Child, Mother & Father ) have inherited the property. I would like to know if there are any implications of buying the property where minor is the part owner/legal heir. Is there any requirement to be fulfilled by the seller to sell the house (Like District court permission in India)

in case the family members are also in Dubai and the property has not been mutated in the name of any of them, it is advisable to not to go for the deal in order to avoid future consequences.
Show all the documents / papers to an experienced lawyer and proceed further as per his / her advice.
