Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

There is a house that belongs to the mother. And the mother expires. There are 3 daughters and 1 son. All of them are married. One of the daughters is dead. Can the deceased spouse of the daughter and the child of the daughter also have a right on the property, when the property is going to be distributed? Note: The daughter is dead before the mother

the husband and children of deceased daughter have equal right in the share of their wife and mother respectively.
