Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

There is a house that belongs to the mother. And the mother expires. There are 3 daughters and 1 son. All of them are married. One of the daughters is dead. Can the deceased spouse of the daughter and the child of the daughter also have a right on the property, when the property is going to be distributed? Note the daughter is dead before the mother.

yes, in case the property is joint, the share of deceased daughter would be equally distributed among the husband and children.

Yes, the legal heirs of deceased daughter are also entitled to inherit at par with other daughters/son.
