Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I have a house in a building which has pagdi system. I dont stay there and have rented out that flat. Its been 3 yrs since i have been renting that flat. Now the builder has sent me an eviction notice. how can i save my house. there and many other rooms which are rented out to others. Plz help
