Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

i have a house in delhi in my name but kept in locked condition, in that house my brother is also staying in a separate portion.Is their any provision under law to keep my property under court supervsion where keys of the house will be deposited in court till the time i will be back in delhi. i have heard some provision is there to avoid any litigation at a later stage.Thanks

There is no law under which court may look after your property.
