Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

we have a house which was in name of our mother n after she passed away myself, my yunger brother ,and my elder sister signed a relinquishment deed in favour of our father so that he can be the owner of the house and got it registered now my father made a GIFT deed in my favour and got it registered. (( but now my brother and sister are saying that they will deny or say that the R-DEED was signed by them by fraud, undue influence or coercion and then the GIFT DEED will stand void ))

MY QUESTION IS THIS CAN THEY DO SO AND IF THEY DENY IT((the R-DEED)) WHAT CAN I DO ?

A void or voidable document can be challenged on the grounds of fraud, undue influence, coercion etc.

In case of challenge to document, you need to engage a lawyer and proceed with the matter in accordance with law.
